Email: [email protected]
The TestNod team monitors this inbox during business hours and aims to acknowledge within one business day. The more concrete the report, the faster the team can investigate, so include the following details when you write in:
- Your account email.
- The name of your organization.
- A link to the project page if the question is specific to a project.
- A link to the test run page if the question is specific to a single run.
- A summary of what you tried and what happened.
Security
Email: [email protected]
Use this address for vulnerability reports and security questions. The team acknowledges within one business day and treats each issue with urgency proportional to severity. Please do not file security issues in any public channel.
Filing a bug report
Send a short report to [email protected] with the details below, so the team has enough to reproduce what you saw:
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- The URL of the page where you saw the bug, if any.
- The browser and operating system, if it's a UI bug.
- Any error message text or screenshots.
The team will try to reproduce the bug from your report. If they can't, expect one or two follow-up questions, and reply with whatever extra context you have.
Feature requests
Send feature requests to the same address, [email protected]. When writing, describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than the feature you imagined. The more concrete the use case, the better the chance the team ships something that helps.
Documentation issues
If you find a bug in the documentation, such as a wrong fact, a broken link, or a confusing explanation, email [email protected] with the page URL and the issue. Documentation bugs are treated as bugs.
